We work with middle school and high school girls, primarily ages 12-18.

We work with teens who identify as girls, non-binary, transgender girls and gender expansive.

Girls In Motion — Our annual day of impact is held in New York City and Los Angeles.

Social Media Wellness Workshop — Our workshop comes to you. Sessions take place at the hosting organization's location, whether that's a sports facility, dance studio, community space, or anywhere your girls already gather.

Her Story Club Sessions — Held in schools and beyond, club sessions offer bi-monthly mental wellness programming, including our Social Media Wellness Workshop, for any girl or organization looking to make social and emotional wellbeing a consistent part of their community. Any girl can bring Her Story to her school, and any organization can bring it to their girls.

While Her Story works closely with every hosting organization by providing training and support leading up to the workshop, we don't facilitate the workshop ourselves. That's intentional.

We train older teens and young women to lead and facilitate the experience themselves because research shows that peer-to-peer connection is one of the most effective ways to reach young people. The messenger is just as powerful as the message. (And sometimes even more so!)

We want our programs to be accessible to every girl — ensuring cost is never a barrier to participation.

Our Day of Impact, Girls In Motion, is always free for girls to attend, made possible by the generous support of our donors and sponsors.

Our Social Media Wellness Workshop is typically sponsored by the organization hosting the workshop at a cost of $33 per girl.
