Research-backed mental wellness programs for girls.
“What draws me most to Her Story's work is its thoughtful integration of evidence-based practices with real identity and leadership development for girls.
It doesn't just teach girls how to use social media safely: it helps them understand their own stories, foster peer bonds, and grow in social-emotional areas that make a lasting impact.”

Girls are invited to join Her Story's Day of Impact, Girls In Motion, which is held annually in New York City and Los Angeles. We invite girls from a specific community, like sports or the arts, to attend, then bring in influential women from that same community to lead curated panels and activations supporting girls' well-being. Special guests share how they protect their peace — online and off.
Day of Impact
Her Story's Social Media Wellness Workshop is a teen-led space where girls develop real tools to engage with social media more safely and intentionally, learning how to show up online authentically and examining how their digital habits impact their mental health. Girls connect with what matters to them, build a feed that reflects it, and learn to protect their peace in the process..
Community Workshop
The Her Story Club is a monthly program bringing together girls in schools and communities. Teen-led and discussion-driven, each session explores a new topic about protecting their well-being both online and off. Beyond the content, there's something equally powerful: community. And for teen girls, that sense of belonging is one of the greatest protective factors there is.
