The Her Story Club can be started in any school or community. Each session is teen-led and discussion-driven, built around teen-decided topics and open conversation prompts that give girls a real chance to reflect, share, and connect.

The club begins with our #ForMe Workshop, then expands into broader conversations about navigating an increasingly online world: from managing anxiety and building confidence to setting boundaries, making intentional choices about how they show up online, and living in alignment with their values both on and off the screen. Along the way, girls get space to explore what matters to them, what's hard, and how to show up for themselves and each other.

Beyond the topics, girls build real community, one of the greatest protective factors for their wellbeing.
